ACNE OBSERVATIONAL STUDY

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this global observational study is to evaluate the effect of CeraVe Blemish Range in mild to severe acne as well patient quality of life and satisfaction with the products experience.

VISIT 1 (D0): BASELINE VISIT

• Assessment: Evaluate the patient's skin condition.
• Questionnaire: Complete two sets of pretreatment questionnaires (Doctor & Patient)
• Image Submission: Upload pretreatment anonymized patient images.

VISIT 2 (D28) 4 WEEKS: EVALUATION VISIT

• Assessment: Evaluate the patient's skin condition again.
• Questionnaire: Complete two sets of follow-up questionnaires (Doctor & Patient)
• Image Submission: Upload post-treatment anonymized patient images.

VISIT 3 (D56) 8 WEEKS: EVALUATION VISIT

• Assessment: Evaluate the patient's skin condition again.
• Questionnaire: Complete two sets of follow-up questionnaires (Doctor & Patient)
• Image Submission: Upload post-treatment anonymized patient images.
